Please note: A Standard listing in the Marketplace shall last 30 days from the date of the listing submission. Other listing lengths may be offered at our discretion. Charged extra fields such as company name, website and logo will have the same expiry date as the listing to which the fields relate.

Advertising copy shall be legal, decent, honest and truthful. It shall comply with the British Code of Advertising Practise and all other relevant codes under the general supervision of the Advertising Standards Authority. All advertisements must comply with current legislation.

You may only list one item per listing, unless by prior agreement. Web links to your own business or personal site are not permitted to be embedded within item descriptions, unless you have paid the corresponding fee to add a web address during the listing process.

Equestrian Marketplace publishes advertisements supplied by advertisers but offers no warranty and makes no representation as to the truth, accuracy or sufficiency of any advertisement or any description, photograph or statement therein.

The Business Advertisement (Disclosure) Order 1977 requires that all advertisements by people who seek to sell goods, in the course of a business, must make that fact clear. All advertisers must comply with the order and mark their advertisements ‘trade’ if appropriate.

Equestrian Marketplace accepts no liability for any loss suffered by any person as a consequence of reliance on any advertisement published on this website or anywhere else.

Equestrian Marketplace reserves the right to refuse any advertisement or to remove without refund any advertisement which might cause offence or does not comply with condition (1 ) above.

Advertisers are responsible for checking their copy before loading to the site. Refunds cannot be given after advertisements are uploaded. No submissions are allowed (except in Trader/Breeder Adverts).

The placing of an advertisement shall be said to be acceptance of the above terms and conditions.

Any conditions stipulated by an advertiser or any third party shall be void insofar as they are in conflict with the terms and conditions above.
Photographs taken by professional photographers need written permission before they are reproduced elsewhere. Please ensure therefore that you have obtained permission before you upload any photograph taken by a professional photographer . We will credit the photograph wherever possible but cannot be responsible for paying copyright fees.
Privacy Policy
Your registration details for the Equestrian Marketplace website together with information posted on the website by you in relation to marketplace listings, forum entries etc. will be stored in our databases.
We will not in any circumstance provide these details to any third party except required to do so by law.
If at anytime you wish to have any of your information removed from our databases, please contact us by email and we will carry out your request as soon as possible. This can take up to 21 days from notification.
